Established in 1922, Sutherland Builders Inc. has long been considered the "Builders of Penn Yan". Sutherland Builders is a locally owned general contracting firm that serves a wide area throughout the Fingerlakes. We specialize in premium quality custom residential, custom modular, light commercial, major renovations, and historical restorations. Sutherland Builders offers a complete line of excavation and masonry work so most projects are completed "in house" and only a few trusted subcontractors are utilized.
